Policies

~ For our safety, new male clients will only be taken if referred by Miller Functional Medicine, or current clients, except in the case of hospice or oncology sessions.

~We do not preform adductor, psoas, or groin massage of any kind.

~We have zero tolerance for any sexually suggestive language or actions. The session will be immediately terminated, you will pay in full, and be banned from the premises.

~We are always willing to give people a chance when it comes to cancelations, but as this is a small business, recurrent cancelations and rescheduled appointments take away time from other clients, and directly impact us financially. Please understand this is our livelihood. If cancelations become too frequent, a cancelation fee will be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled prior to 48 hours notice. All appointments canceled after 48 hours notice will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No call/no show appointments will incur a cancelation fee of 100% of the service price. Fees must be collected prior to booking your next appointment.

~The Wholistic Bodywork Studio Limited Liability Company is a private pay practice and does not accept Health insurance. Reimbursement letters can be written and sent to you for a small administrative fee.

Please note:

  • The Wholistic Bodywork Studio does not bill insurance directly.

  • Payment for services is due at the time of appointment.

  • Reimbursement eligibility, coverage, and payment amounts are determined solely by your insurance provider or benefit administrator.

  • Submission of a reimbursement letter does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.

  • The Wholistic Bodywork Studio cannot verify benefits, determine eligibility, negotiate claims, or provide insurance advice.

  • The client is responsible for submitting all required documentation and following up with their insurance company regarding claim status.

  • The $25 administrative fee covers preparation of the reimbursement letter and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of any reimbursement request.
